I'm using the cable dongle and am trying to install it on my windows laptop with win 10 but its not allowing me to install it. It coming up in the device manager but not allowing any drivers to install. is there a new driver for this please

I'm Adding all my lights through setup no probs as soon as i go in to Edit 3 of them show up then go straight off and they don't show any of the sliders am i doing something wrong
