I got a problem with version 6.29 abd 6.30

when i start the program i cant start live i says something like " live crasched would you like to close program"
If iam lucky it can open when computer have been on for a long time and i test to reopen live many times. when its open it works ...

I dont find it on v6, kan you please guid me to the right map and file?

I have asked in previos topics to witch mail adress i can e-mail the personality file så i can get my stairville 250 heads to open the the shutter. It dont work now on the v6 but i works on the old version

I have a problem with the new software.
i have 4 stairville moving heads that works pan and tilt and color wheel, but i cant get the heads to let the light out, to rake the shutter off.
but when i try the old software it works perfekt, very strange

also i just the software on a gigg where 3 ...

Strange? isnt it the same components inside?

But why? i have always used sweetlights program before on it?

so just because i bought a SSA with a geni logo on it i will be punished?

So i would be very happy if you could help me fix this as soon as possible

i have always used sweetlights version 5 program on it, i just changed from "EFK" to "Geni_int" if a remember correctly, then it worked, but with this new version 6 i cant change the license file:(
