Solo button groups
Hi all, I've got a feature request that I think would be awesome: Solo Button Groups. Right now, we can assign all the buttons in a Live Page to solo, and then they only allow one button at a time. I use this a lot, but often it's inconvenient to group ALL the buttons in a page to solo. For example,...

Any way to design further steps on button release?
I'm pretty familiar with many ShowX features by now, but not all yet. Is there any way to set a button to "Flash", have it do what you want normally, but then run extra steps after the button is released? This could come in EXTREMELY handy. I had an idea to write a scene where movers slowl...

Re: A Macro To Switch All Buttons Off?
You could use a USB MIDI switch/controller.

Re: A Macro To Switch All Buttons Off?
Try <CTRL> + <SHIFT> + <Z> all at once. Works like a charm on both my PC's and MacBook Pro. Just be ready to grab another scene as it blacks everything out immediately.

Double-check the Editor to make sure the DMX is turned off. When it's turned on in Editor, it overrides the Live screen.

Re: Mavericks OS
I've been really pleased with the response from the ShowXpress developers. Once they localize the issue, I'm sure they'll fix it very quickly. It's a shame though...I've switched over to Apple gear because Windows is generally a buggy OS. I've been amazed how easily Macs handle things that Windows l...

Re: Windows 7 laptop and separate touchscreen monitor?
Just a quick update: The new touchscreen works well, though it took a little time to figure out how to calibrate it. Not the screen's fault...I was told a simple HDMI connection should provide audio and touchscreen functions. It doesn't. A separate USB cable to the screen provides the touch connecti...

Re: Mavericks OS
Yes. Foolishly, I updated to Mavericks last night too, with a big lighting show coming up tomorrow. ShowXpress works for about 20-30 seconds, then hesitates, maybe responds to one more scene change and locks up. I'm using a 15" MacBook Pro Retina and everything else seems fine (so far). Luckily...
