The Lighting Controller

Hi i have a quickdmx interface, and an older sweetlight interface, can these both use together.
The supplyer changed the barnd name

Had the same problem with the rack unit.
My work around was to first push the erase data button to clear the memory of the interface, then i could upload files

already found my problem (took a while)

please add to the above post that u need to install the fix files for v9.2.29 (now already v9.2.32), the software download (full version9) is only v9.2.23

Did you move files in the lightshow folders?

How do u set the adress on the par?, by dipswitch or display
We dont know what light u have, maybe try setting the par 1 adress down, so instead of say channel 10 set it to channel 9

It can be that if its set bij dipswitch that somethings wrong.

What i meant is, whats the name on the interface, is it a sweetlight d512, is it a showexpress/chauvet d512

Just to be shure what software do u use?

You can try the random strobe funtion if your spots have that funtion
Or you programm them with say 24 or 48 steps
Why more steps then spot, so the effect looks random instead of fix scene

If im correct he looking for layering buttons
He wants red on and when pushing strobe the red should strobe
To get this effect u should created in editor scenes with faders disabled,

Just curious, for what do u use this funtion, now with the moveble fixtures it seems obsolete to me.
