works fine in 3D view and tried different fixtures. wondered if you had to patch DMX out to the USB cable or anything?

I've installed the software on my PC,

The dongle (cable) is plugged directly into a showtec Eco Par 56.

Ive patched it in.

Ive pressed the DMX button on the software but no output on the light.

Any ideas where ive gone wrong.

Ive just installed sweet light on my mac and are using the basic USB to DMX converter (the cable one)

Ive set up a basic (1 LED par can) show.

Ive pressed the DMX button,

but I'm getting no output, and on the Control Board it says:

Show -> Test
No Universes found
