MIDI Translator by BOME question?

Hey Guys,
I am using a Voodoo Lab ground control pro and using Bome midi translator to change chan to midi note on numbers. In the DMX setup it even lets me select the translator output as an option. Problem is, it is not working.

Anybody on here using a translator?
