Can’t Add Anymore Button Boards

Hello, I am running ShowXpress software version 9.2.38.

Is there a limit on total boards under button boards?

Anytime I right click or left click on the boards button, the drop-down just does not appear anymore.
Therefore, I cannot increase the number.

Would anyone know the solution to this ...
