We always use the latest available development tools to compile a new fix. The change log of the development tools can not be displayed (too complex), but it may have a positive impact of our executable file, so please try the latest fix.

There is around 10 years from V7 to the interface Rack1024, so V7 does not manage this interface. You have first to go from V7 to V8, and then go from V8 to V9.
