For anyone having this same issue, inside of companion there is an option under the connection tab that controls how frequently it polls the interface of showxpress for button changes, default is every 10 minutes. If you delete it it will not poll for a change, if you want you can add a manual poll ...

Are you using the "Companion" with our software ?

I am using companion. I have used it on an M1 Mac and on an intel Mac both have the same problems.

Please send us your lightshow and tell us how to reproduce.

There isnt really a clear cut way to reproduce, it just seems to happen randomly ...

I have tried it on two different macbook pros and still keep getting crashing what seems to be at random, the error log is posted below, anyone able to decipher this and let me know what could potentially be the problem?
