Elation provided a reason as to why the faders operate as they do.
From Elation's forum:
The faders are designed as latching playbacks so that the playback retains control of its function until released. Bringing the fader down to latch onto the current assigned page is by design. This is how the ...

Midicon fader issue
The issue I am experiencing is having the Midicon's fader from one page remain in control of its assigned function even after switching the page on the Midicon. So say I have the Midicon's page 14 faders 1, 2 & 3 assigned to control par cans RGB functions. I adjust the colors to a desired level ...

Re: High-End - Technobeam
I believe you can. I played with that awhile back and was able to. I'd suggest to save the files you create as the same size and dpi as the ones provided in the software.

Re: High-End - Technobeam
One other thing. The CTO color is actually a filter. It stands for Color Temperature Orange. Not to get techincal, but it is utilized to "correct" the color of the bulb's output. This fixture's bulb has a color temp of 8500 K, which is more on the blue side than yellow. The filter will "correct" the ...

Re: High-End - Technobeam
Thanks Josh! I'd love a copy of the corrected colors profile. I was also wondering about the lack of colors in the profile that support created for for this fixture. I read the reference to the colors in the manual too, but they're not stated in the DMX chart that support lilkely used to create the ...

High-End - Technobeam
I am in need of a profile for the High-End Technobeam, more specifically the IRIS mode for this fixture. It would also be beneficial to have the non IRIS version added.

Re: COLORstrip white in 3D view when set to off
One thing to note is that the personality file (COLORstrip.txt) for the COLORstrip I am using is the original file that comes with Showxpress.

Re: COLORstrip white in 3D view when set to off
The upload feature will not allow attachments with the extension .txt on it. I even removed the .txt and it will not accept it.

COLORstrip white in 3D view when set to off [fixed]
This has been a problem for quite some time, but I decided to post it to see if there is any solution. My COLORstrips show as white light in the 3D view when they're set to no_function on the color channel. Is there anyway to set that no_function to a blackout or just to NOT have this light project ...

Manual BPM inaccurate
I have noticed my lights running out-of-sync, lagging, to the set manual BPM. Within a step or two it catches up. I am wondering if this has been expeirenced at all? I run QuickShow, from Pangolin, simultaneously and it never misses a beat.
