9 channels mode makes no sense for the module "Pixels".
It looks you need the profile for the module "Editor" (?)

By the way, forgot to mention; so the "PC Link" light that blinks when TLC is running, then blinks faster when a DMX fixture is turned on, well I noticed that the light flashed faster in a weird random kind of way just before TLC crashes.

Is it possible for there to be something wrong with our Chauvet.DJ Xpress-Plus512 that would only crash the Mac version of TLC but not the Windows version?

We did have an issue 3 years ago with severe crashing after somebody redid all our lighting - it was cabling related - but before we figured ...

TLC didn't last a week running on Mac version 9.2.38...
