Hi, another question (sorry to bug you but i'm programming a show and I don'T know everything). 'm having LED par to light up inside a truss. I tried to put it inside but doesn't seem to work. I would like to have a realistic effect when you pu the light inside the truss. Is it possible?

Hi. First I would like to thanks the support. I asked 2 questions and I had a fast answer and it worked. There is another one. I created 4 led can (I created some before) from scratch and example if I just slide up the red. It’s red in real life but flashing red in 3D view. Why?

I’m sure that it’s a dummy question but I’ll go. If the button is big the speed slider inside is big enough to show the pourcentage and I’m able to slide it. When the button is small the slider is a line and I can’t (or I don’t know how) change it. How do I do?

When I select “fixture setting” or “hardware settings “ the windows open but it’s completely black. If I move the window i can see it correctly but if I release the mouse because I’m done moving the window it return to black. I have the version 8.2.? On windows. I tried to reinstall and doesn’t work
