Oh, okay. It's a sweetlight D512. I downloaded the correct software.
My computer did made a sound when i plugged the device in, but i still cannot see it in the sweetlight software..

I updated my usb-drivers, but i'm not sure that was what you meant.

USB connection with D512 [fixed]
Hello, I resently got an old D512 interface. I wanted to try some things out, but i cannot make a connection with my computer. I'm using Windows 10 and the D512 can be as good as 5 years old. I tried with a MacBook pro, with and without DMX cable connected. My laptop and the software don't recognise...
