I'm having the exact same problem with ShowXpress crashing. In my case it's about every 15 minutes. Did you find a solution?

Actually, I pressed "no" for the driver install, since my version of 10 is recent. You're saying that this install error is unrelated to the crashing? Are we any closer to a fix for the crashing? Also, any suggestions on how to operate a 512 from a Windows tablet micro USB port? Thank you....

I have been having the same problem of crashing about every 15 minutes (laptop with Win10). Ricardo, in Chauvet tech support, is trying to help me, but so far no fix. Have you found a solution? Also, attached is a screenshot of an error message I get when I install ShowXpress. This must be a clue. T...
