Hi, I'm having issues connecting the converter. My computer doesn't even recognize that its plugged in. Anyone know how to fix this?

I just purchased two Shark 250's off of a friend, I cannot find the profiles to run them through Sweetlight anywhere... anybody know where i can get it?
