I'm editing a new timeline but the keyboard controls aren't working (space - pause etc). Do I need to switch it on somewhere that I cant see. Was working fine on my personal laptop but not on the venue one, both are Windows OS

I have set up the 3D stage display on my personal laptop at home, is it possible to transfer it to the venue laptop (stays on site due to multiple people using it) or am I going to have to do it all again?

I've open the link from the pinned thread and have found the lst of fixture profiles you have made for me but they appear to be just text files and no way of downloading ...

Please can you create a personality file for this fixture

I started to manually select channel features but couldn't find the relevant ones for the last couple of channels and looking at what others have posted I'm not sure that I'm even doing the right thing
