The Lighting Controller

When I'm running the shows I use Chauvet Xpress 512 to interface with the lights.

The problem I'm having, however, is when I'm using ShowXpress to create my light shows with no interfaces attached.

Some of my shows present the 3D view while other shows present a blank screen.

How can I fix this problem?

I did what I thought you were suggesting I do to fix my problem (see the changed name in the attached image).

That did not work. Any other ideas?
