I recently purchased the USB to DMX cable. I have tried to install the drivers on 3 different computers. Windows 7 Laptop Windows 7 Desktop and Windows 8.1 Laptop.

All three fail and when checking in the Device Manager the cable appears under Other devices wit its yellow triangle.
