Timeline Duration issue

I have a really strange behaviour in my timeline-editor.
It seems i can't change the duration of a timeline without changing all timelines.
AND
It seems like in some way there's a bug that makes all timelines the same length as button #1 if I just click it..

Are those expected behaviours?
