Got a warning from apple that 32 bit applications will be unsupported by next years operating systems. Was wondering if there is a plan in the works for a 64 bit application?

The issue seems to be that apple will no longer support 32bit apps in iOS 11.

This app will not work on iOS much longer. Is there a plan in the works to update?

This app will not be compatible with iOS 11. Please update it and optimize for the iPad.
