ShowXpress stops seeing Universe

I have ShowXpress ver 6.31 and I am running Win 7 Pro 64bit.

We leave the computer on 24/7.

Everything is working with ShowXpress except we come in one day and when we open Control Board it all of a sudden does not find the Universe.

This is now happening on two computers in different locations ...
