Problem solved. I rebooted about 4 times and for some reason it worked from then on.

I'm new to Windows, so maybe this is an easy question, but how do I install a driver when the Device Manager doesn't recognize the USB cable after I've told it to "Scan for Hardware Changes"?

Update: I found the DMX Cable in the Device Driver under "Other Devices" and I pointed it toward the folder ...

I am unable to get any communication between my Microh LED lights and ShowXpress on my Mac running OS 10.8.5 and ShowXpress v6.333 . When I plug in the Xpress 100 USB to DMX doggle, is the PC Link supposed to turn on right away?
