I've determined why it crashed. My problem is related to a fixture which shows up in 3d viewer as a "colored object". When a scene for this fixture is triggered in "Live", and the "3D' button is enabled on the Live page, when you double click that same fixture in the 3d view...

While using v9, I made an edit to my grid size in pixels, and the software crashed immediately. I've tried to reopen it several times but it's not working at all. I tried using v8 software as well. The light show won't open. Any chance someone may know what has happened?

I'm working on some custom light cubes, and I was wondering if it's possible to simply save my model in the software after I've selected the dimensions, and then reimport for each instance of that fixture?

We can not do this, because sometimes, without midi controller (using the mouse), we want to leave the fader not at zero. That will be better to understand why our software misses the "lowest level" message before the level "0" message. What midi device are your using ? These CC...

How do you mean? You can effectively do this by either doing ctrl+alt+(any letter key on your keyboard) or creating a scene that does just that and trigger that scene however you like. Currently, when using CCs to trigger fader buttons in "Live", when the CC drops abruptly back to zero, t...

Similar to the "Release all buttons" option in Live, it would be awesome to have another option that can be used to reset all fader and step buttons back to 0%.
