The box installer is looking for a file CylUsb.sys to install the driver for the X-Factor. Where do I find the file?

Save and Import new fixtires In Version 6
I have been trying to import new fixtures but it says "can not import fixture" when I try to import one from the file. I have entered the information in 3 times and tried to save the fixture and it won't come up when I reenter the setup up screen. also how do you get 5.2o to work on window...
