Interface not compatible please remove

Hi there,

We have recently acquired one of the Sweetlight D512 boxes and downloaded the PC based software.
When we try to get the software to communicate with the box we are getting 'not compatible please remove'. This is very frustrating - does anybody have any info that would help?
