I just tested it with my 3rd Gen iPod with 5.1.1 and same issue as I saw on my iOS6 devices. You push button, and you never see the Attempting to connect message. It's not a problem with the 6.31 software, so no need to edgarpu to previous versions, it's only the iOS mobile app that is having issue...
