Watching the Mikey Mike video and I'm completely lost. WTF is a builder screen?

All I have on my live page is a big blank sheet of white with my rgb show in little letters in the middle. The play /pause button on the top right does nothing but turn on and off gray when I click on it. Wtf am I ...

Which folder do I put it in if I'm using a MAC? I tried dragging it to a few different locations, and not the fixture won't do anything...
