The Lighting Controller

I do not understand the answer. What should i do exactly? I have tried a couple things:

* reinstall the software
* remove the drivers (we where using the 1.04 driver for 2 years) and automaticly install the 1.06 drivers
* download the drivers from this site, paste them in the sweetlight directory ...

Sorry for my late answer. In the mean time we loan a d512 from a friend. The messages is one not compitable interface, please remove it. Iv reinstall drivers, tried different (older) versions of the drivers. The D512 was plug and play, but the cable doesnt work :( Iv download the drivers from this ...

After a while i have a problem with the usb-dmx cable interface. There is a error on the startup. The driver copy paste fix doesnt work. Could someone explain how to fix this problem? We need it tonight. Or could someone help me through teamviewer? We don't have much time.
