How and many D512S I need to connect for 3 universes

Hello,

i am new in DMX world.

I need to use 3 universe and my question is: how i had to connect D512S to use 3 universe? And how many D512 interface i need for this? I need for 3 universe and 512ch are ok for each universe... I need to undertand the way to connect each D512S to create 3 universe...

Sorry for the question but i never used more than 1 universe till now..

for example, do i need to connect 3 x D512S interfaces to my pc? And how do this? Just 3 usb cables to my pc? Or there is another cheaper mode?

To have 3 dmx universes: (1 x D512S + 1 x D1024) or 3 x D512S
To have (2 dmx universe + 1 Artnet universe) or 3 Artnet universes: 1 x D1024

One usb cable is required for each interface.

And how many universe can support Sweetlight program? Which is the max. number of interfaces that i can use with the program?

Max is 6 universes for all together (dmx and Artnet).
For instance:
- 3 x D1024 with dmx only
- 6 x D512S with dmx only
- 2 x D1024 with Artnet only
