I have a customer who owns the SL-D512 box and runs a MAC. When he used the SL-D512 box it all loads up ok and all the lights are on. However, after 30 seconds-1 minute the PC Link light goes off and you are unable to have control over any lighting and everything is unresponsive. It will then after 'x' amount of time come back on and you can start using it again. It will turn off again after a minute or so and this process keeps repeating itself.
He has tried a clean install of the software and I have swapped over the box and cable for a new one and it still does the same thing.
Have you had any issues like this before?
