Can not get group functions to work at all

I am trying to group fixtures together in the 2d view by selecting the fixtures I want in the group then clicking add new group. I go trough with selecting a short cut key and naming the group and when I go to recall the group it will not work. Here is a link to a screen cap of the issue. Thank you in advance!

This is a different lightshow, and we are not able to reproduce the problem with it.

Can you please post the lightshow of the video ?
