Feature request: Hide the page selector (dropdown)

Feature request: hide page selector in live view. Than you can't accidently push on it during a live show + less display room is spilled because of page selectors that aren't used. (page lock feature does not prevent you to accidently click on it and makes it useless to keep the page selectors on screen)

It is presently not possible to hide this gadget. But with the option "Lock Live screen" in the current version, it is not possible to change pages in Live.
