Like the others, mine never says "Connecting" when I hit the connect button in Live Mobile 2. I am just stuck on the main screen of live mobile with no response to any screen taps. It just seems dead, I can close live mobile fine. So it is not locked up.

Can't revert to IOS 5.1X, but if I can help just let me know what you need tested. I think the wire shark results point to that the program is not trying to connect. By the looks of it, i'd say that is spot on with out doing the test myself.

I just tested it with my 3rd Gen iPod with 5.1.1 and same issue as I saw on my iOS6 devices. You push button, and you never see the Attempting to connect message.

It's not a problem with the 6.31 software, so no need to edgarpu to previous versions, it's only the iOS mobile app that is having issues.

For those who need Live_Mobile 1.1, you can get it here https://dl.dropbox.com/u/65483033/Live_ ... 746334.zip

Crap, that means it's tied my account to the file.

Search your computer that you use to sync your device to for "Live_Mobile" and see if it has the old version in your iTunes directory backup.

No need to be that way man. However it is discouraging to find out that it may not be an IOS 6 thing... Looks like 5.1.1 has the same issue.

I will try to test it on my wifes' ipod touch (still IOS 5.XXX something).

Please be informed that we are fully concerned by this problem.
Not easy to figure out right now, because very busy in the LDI tradeshow.

Thank you to those, having positive attitude, who give us precious infos (with different OS versions).

And sorry for those who just slur us.

In no way am i attempting to say anything bad about chauvet or show express. I think it is a revolutionary product. But this is a very serious issue to be missed in an update - especially what its a critical part of some peoples set ups.

Remote control should not be "Critical", I like the app but the main Live window works great as far as I have tested. So your lights should still run...
