Dear Support,
I have an SSA which does not connect to (any) computer more than occasionally, and that being with a great deal of luck. When starting Control Board the message "No universe found" appears. I believe I have tried everything. I already know that the only way to connect the SSA is by first connecting the SSA-USB and then starting the software (which is quite stupid by the way).

In order to be sure the problem comes from the interface, please try it on another computer.

I have. I have since my first reply noted that the SSA does not connect to any computer if it has been turned on for a while. And on one other occasion it did connect but it took about three minutes from connection to recognition...

It looks like the main pcb is defective (we of course consider the power part is ok).
